The Dunn/Falcon/Shepard Clan and the Boise SkylineThis past weekend much of our Montana family descended upon us--six of them! It was a blast. The boys went to the mountain on Friday and snowboarded all day while Leslie, Taya, and I puttered around town, ate a leisurely lunch, and cooked a wonderful pulled pork dinner. Saturday, Uncle Jon made everyone bacon and eggs for breakfast. (I have discovered two ways to get teenage boys out of bed in the morning: snowboarding and bacon.) We all walked to the Boise State University campus, to Julia Davis Park and Zoo Boise, and then downtown for a late lunch. After swimming and water slides at the YMCA, we went out that night for pizza at the Flying Pie Pizzaria and celebrated Brutus' birthday with cake and a movie at the house.

Skating is so last year. They don't skate anymore!
they will again when they hit 33!!
DON'T QUIT SKATING!! the biggest mistake i ever made was quitting. girls and cars come and go, but skating is forever.
They stopped, to heal, for awhile and when they tried to restart they found out how quickly their skillz went bye-bye.....
maybe they'll start up again, someday.
I think they found they grew in all the wrong places and something that once was effortless became something more difficult. They will someday pick it back up! Growing boys are soooo much fun!
Every photo with scenery has me gushing about how pretty it is there. Glad you got to get together with your family.
Wow! What a good looking family! Glad to hear you had so much fun! Hopefully we'll all get to hook up in June for the graduation!!!
